Drawing can be used as a meditative act which can quiet the mind. This workshop will offer a safe, quiet, soothing environment to draw without judgement or artistic expectation of oneself. Expressive drawing can be used as an act to process complex emotions.  Take part in this mindful journey to center and reset for the day ahead.
