Art Class Registration & Cancellation Policies

Enrollment Policy:
Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment in any class, lecture, or workshop by any applicant. Class sizes are limited, and enrollment is on a first come first served basis. Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art is unable to prorate students for missed classes or classes that they are unable to attend. The museum strives to provide high quality art classes with various media for all ages. We value your feedback. Inclement Weather:
At times due to weather, Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art has found it necessary to cancel a class. If classes are cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, a make-up class will be scheduled.

Course Cancellation Policy:
Occasionally, Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art may find it necessary to cancel a course or workshop due to low enrollment or other scheduling conflicts. If this occurs, registered students will be contacted and allowed to transfer to another class or be refunded the full course tuition and any additional fees.

Student Cancellation Policy:
All registrations will have a 10% nonrefundable fee. Refunds issued prior to 2 weeks of the class start date will receive a full refund excluding the nonrefundable fees. Class cancellations prior to 7 days of the class start date will be issued a 50% refund, excluding the nonrefundable fees. Students who withdraw within 7 days of the class start date or after, will not be eligible for tuition refunds. Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art Studio Arts Education classes run with minimum registration numbers and often require ordered materials. This policy helps ensure classes will run. FREE Classes: 
For Free classes that require registration, we ask that you please cancel your registration prior to the start of the class. If a withdrawal is within 24 hours of the class start, please email or call Liz Metzger, Education Director, or 406-727-8255. These classes often have a wait-list, so cancelling prior will allow us to reach out to others interested in participating.  

Registration Agreement Statement:
I understand and agree that when I register, I have obligated myself to pay for the courses and all other charges related to this registration. If registering by bank card, I authorize Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art to charge my account the amount noted. If I decide to cancel my registration, I understand that the date I officially withdraw will determine the amount of refund, if any, I will receive.
