The Square’s Gift Shop features an original assortment of handcrafted items made by local artists and artists all over the state of Montana. The shop maintains a selection of unique fine art, pottery, jewelry, accessories, greeting cards, housewares, reproduction prints, art books, and more. Our shop is known for its encouragement of contemporary art by supporting our local artists and the spirit of gift giving. All Gift Shop artists currently (as of February 2024) retain a commission of 70%, and the remaining 30% supports daily operations of The Square.

Please email Brent Viste, Gift Shop Manager for more information on how to make your work the newest addition to our museum gift shop! Please submit a short bio, artist statement, and 4-5 photos of the work you hope to sell in the Gift Shop. The Gift Shop Committee meets once a month to review applications and vote on new Gift Shop artists.

Once your application has been accepted by the Gift Shop Committee, you will be asked to initial and sign a consignment contract.
