Jaymi Jones is the Curatorial Assistant at Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, her work specifically focuses on collections data management and entry. Her task is to solve and resolve issues related to the proper collection of data, and correct categorizing and archiving of information related to the permanent collection of contemporary artworks in the museum. The ideal result of this work will be data transfer into a new collections management system for the museum. Jaymi has been working as an art instructor for The Square since 2023.

In 2024, Jaymi took on an internship in the Education Department where she worked on the Jean Price Library project. Jaymi managed a team of volunteers to catalogue and shelve books for public access within the museum.  Jaymi has a BFA from BYU-Hawaii in 2D art and is currently pursuing an MFA in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She has been a military dependent all her life, which has provided a unique opportunity to see and experience a vast array of different cultures and people both across the United States and the world.
