Marty Cappis joined the staff of The Square in September 2022, bringing 30+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, and supervisory/human resources experience. In her role as Bookkeeper and Human Resources, she manages the day-to-day financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, monthly and annual reports, along with preparation of IRS 990. Marty works to ensure The Square operates at the highest and most efficient fiscal level possible for a non-profit organization. During her time at The Square, she has worked with staff and the Board of Directors to update the employee manual and fiscal policies with more current policies and procedures.

Marty & her husband Mark believe in the opportunities non-profit organizations provide to those who need them most. They have two adult kids, Connor & Emily, and three four-legged kids.
